The operator of a golf cart involved in an accident resulting in bodily injury or death of an individual or property damage in an estimated amount of at least $750 shall immediately, by the quickest means of communication, notify at least one of the following: the Police Department, the County Sheriff’s Department or a state police officer. The police agency receiving the notice shall complete a report of the accident as provided by state law.
