§ 94.04  APPLICATION FOR SIDEWALK CHANGE.
   Any cutting, changing, or altering of any curb or sidewalk shall be done only after application to and approval by the Council members. Said application shall include plans and specifications of the work intended to be done in relationship to said cutting, changing, or altering of and curb or sidewalk.
