(A) Costs shall be assessed for fees charged by the County Clerk and County Treasurer to record liens or other documents against ordinance violators.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall assess the following administrative fees as part of ordinance enforcement procedures:
(1) Twenty-five dollars if fees and costs are paid without action being filed in the county superior court to enforce an ordinance; and
(2) Fifty dollars if action is filed and judgment entered by county superior court as result of ordinance enforcement.
(C) The attorney for the town is entitled to recover as a cost attorney’s fees for services rendered to enforce ordinance violations.
