§ 92.07 CHARGES FOR CLEAN-UP OF PROPERTY.

   (A)   The amounts listed below shall be charged to property owners when it becomes necessary for the town to use its employees and/or equipment to bring the said properties into compliance with the town code:

      (1)   Labor: $10 per hour, per employee;

      (2)   Weed eater use: $8 per hour;

      (3)   Cub tractor use: $8 per hour;

      (4)   Truck use: $15 per hour; and

      (5)   Lawn mower use: $8 per hour.

   (B)   Cleaning supplies or materials purchased shall be added to the cost accordingly.
