§ 30.01  REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   There shall be 12 regular meetings of said Town Council during such year and as many called meeting as the business of said town may demand.
   (B)   Said regular meetings to be held on the second Tuesday of the month and said called meetings at such times as may be designated by the President or Council member calling the same as hereinafter provided.
