§ 90.04  AUTHORITY TO KILL AN ANIMAL AT LARGE.
   Any dog or cat found in the town running at large under conditions set forth above is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the Town Marshal and the Deputy Town Marshals are authorized to kill any such dog or cat when it is necessary for the protection of any person or property.
