(A) The portion of West Main Street south of the public school which lies between Lessie Street and White Street shall become a one-way street proceeding west when the public school is in session. A temporary sign shall be posted daily in the middle of the street notifying the public of the traffic flow.
(B) The portion of Union Street proceeding west from Highway 67/231 to Washington Street shall become a one-way street. Appropriate signs shall be erected to notify the public of the traffic flow.
