It shall be and is hereby declared unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to drive, propel, or operate over any of the streets of said town, which are or shall hereafter be paved with bituminous material or what is commonly known as black top, any threshing machine, combine, tractor with metal lugs on its wheels, caterpillar tractors, or machines.
