§ 70.23  DRAGGING ITEMS IN THE STREET.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drag or pull logs, trees, brush, poles, or similar objects or material behind vehicles in such manner as to injure or alter the surface of streets or alleys within the corporate limits of the town.
