As defined in § 70.03, all signs, signals, devices, or markings shall be of the shapes and colors, and have the meanings as specified in the state’s Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-2 et seq. and shall apply to all vehicles, device moved by human power, or pedestrians.
