§ 52.66  DISPOSING RESIDUE AT TREATMENT PLANT.
   (A)   Persons or companies who desire to dump residue at the treatment plant must pay a fee to the town’s sewage utility of $40 per load.
   (B)   All persons or companies who dump residue at the treatment plant or lift station must be properly licensed by government authorities. Upon the request of the Utility Superintendent or a Council member, persons or companies shall immediately display the proper permit. Failure to display or provide permits is cause to deny the person or company access to the treatment plant.
   (C)   Dump residue shall not contain substances which violate this §§ 52.45 to 52.65.
   (D)   Persons or companies who are in the business of cleaning septic tanks and who desire to dump their residue at the treatment plant or lift station shall comply with this §§ 52.45 to 52.65. No dumping of residue is authorized in manholes or at private locations. Persons or companies found to be dumping residue at locations other than the treatment plant or left station may be barred from future use of the facilities.
