This section shall serve as notice that the town requires that payment for a sewer bill must be received by the Clerk-Treasurer’s office no later than the fifteenth day of the month in which it is due. If the Clerk-Treasurer’s office is closed on the fifteenth day of that month, payment must be received on the next day after the fifteenth on which the Clerk-Treasurer’s office is open. Failure to make payment in such a timely fashion will result in a late fee being assessed.
