151.01 BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WALNUT GROVE CEMETER ASSOCIATION.

The Board of Trustees of the Walnut Grove Cemetery Association shall consist of three members to be chosen in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 759.36. The terms of the members of the Board shall be as prescribed in Ohio R.C. 759.36. The Board shall have such powers and duties as are set forth in Ohio R.C. 759.36.
