139.18 PERSONNEL APPEALS BOARD.

The City Manager shall report to Council each proper request for a hearing before the Personnel Appeals Board filed under the provisions of Section 139.17. The Board shall have final authority to take action thereon. The City Manager shall carry out the decision of the Board.
