131.04 DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATION.

   The administrative service of the City shall be divided under the City Manager into the following departments, each headed by a director thereof:

 

Department of Law	Department of Service and Engineering
Department of Finance	Department of Parks and Recreation
Department of Personnel	Department of Planning and Building
Department of Safety
