103.03 OHIO MUNICIPAL LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP.

The City is and shall continue to be a member of the Ohio Municipal League. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay annually from funds appropriated for such purpose, such dues as may be fixed by the constitution of the League for membership.
