103.02 CITY SEAL.

The use of a common seal by the City of Worthington, Ohio, is hereby authorized. Such seal shall be circular in design and shall bear the imprint of the Seal of the State of Ohio in the center thereof, and shall have the words "City of Worthington, Worthington, Ohio," around the outside edge of the seal.
