The Columbus Board of Health is hereby authorized to promulgate additional rules and regulations to carry out the purpose and intent of this Chapter in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare. The Columbus Board of Health shall provide City Council a copy of the proposed rules and regulations at least 60 days prior to their proposed effective date. The rules and regulations shall become effective as proposed unless City Council takes action to modify or reject them. (Ord. 24-2018. Passed 5-21-18.)
