No person shall construct or install or cause to be constructed or installed, any required Storm Water Post Construction Best Management Practice or storm water control structure without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Director of Service and Engineering. The application for such permit shall show the details of the proposed construction as specified in Section 1103.07 and include a written Operations and Maintenance Agreement to be held in perpetuity by the property owner. The fee for such permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each one-fourth acre or portion thereof. (Ord. 09-2013. Passed 4-15-13.)
