953.01 ESTABLISHING FEES.

Upon a recommendation from the City Manager, City Council may, by Resolution, establish fees for the provision of emergency medical services by the City. The Fire Chief and Director of Finance shall issue invoices for such services and collect such fees on behalf of the City.
