   1311.05 CONFLICTS.
   In all cases of conflict between this code and any other municipal ordinance or technical code adopted thereby, the requirement securing the greater public safety, as determined by the Building Inspector shall govern. (Ord. 10-2013. Passed 4-15-13.)
