   1311.03 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this code, as adopted, is to provide minimum standards for the safe and sanitary maintenance of existing structures, thereby affording protection to the public health, safety and welfare of persons. (Ord. 10-2013. Passed 4-15-13.)
