(a) In addition to any other penalties set forth in this Chapter, and the remedy of specific performance , the following penalty shall apply:
(1) For failure to comply with any other provision of this Chapter, the penalty shall be a civil forfeiture, payable to the City, in the amount of $100 per day for each day of violation.
(b) Any Permittee may be excused for violations of this Chapter and its Permit for reasons of Force Majeure.
