943.09 INTERMENT IN WORTHINGTON CEMETERY PROHIBITED.

(a) From and after June 1, 1983, it shall be unlawful for any body to be interred in the Worthington Cemetery owned by the Worthington United Methodist Church.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of wrongful interment, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
