One member of the Board of Cemetery Trustees, or a person selected by them, shall be designated as Clerk-Treasurer, at such salary as the Board may establish. Such Clerk-Treasurer shall keep the records, receive the moneys due from taxes and from sale of lots and other cemetery services, keep the same safely and pay them out upon proper vouchers signed by the Cemetery Superintendent.
