(a) Since the City and Sharon Township have jointly acquired title to land for cemetery purpose under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 759.27, 759.28, 759.29 and their antecedent sections, such land is held in trust for the use of the inhabitants of the City and the Township in common.

(b) The City hereby unites with Sharon Township in the establishment and management of the Flint Cemetery as a union cemetery under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 759.27 et seq.
