929.03 USE OF SURCHARGE FUNDS FOR STORM SEWERS.

In addition to the purposes for which sewerage surcharge funds may be used as set forth in this chapter, such funds may also be used for the additional purpose of the construction and reconstruction of main and interceptor storm sewers.
