As used in this chapter:
(a) “Newspaper dispenser” means any single container, rack, shelf or device to hold or store publications for distribution including but not limited to newspapers, catalogs, periodicals or handbills.
(b) “Dispensing station” means a group of newspaper dispensers joined together at a fixed location.
(c) “Front, side and rear yards” are as defined in Section 1123.78 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
