901.09 VACATING PROCEDURE.

An ordinance vacating a street or alley will not be an emergency ordinance in order that a public hearing may be held thereon in the manner provided by Charter. Such an ordinance, if passed by Council after a public hearing, shall be subject to referendum under the provisions of the Charter.
