901.07 PROCEDURE IN APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY.

The procedure to be followed in the appropriation of private real estate for public use in the City, when it proves impossible to purchase such realty by negotiation with the owner, shall be that established in Chapter 105 of the Administrative Code.
