901.01 DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE BY ORDINANCE.

Any street or alley dedicated to public use by the proprietor of ground in this City shall become a public street or alley, under the care and control of the City only after the dedication is accepted and confirmed by an ordinance specially passed for this purpose.
