Personnel of the Columbus Health Department shall make inspections two times a year of all tanning facilities within the City of Worthington to determine their compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The tanning facility permit holder shall provide a dosemeter capable of measuring ultraviolet radiation for the inspection. The tanning facility permit holder shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each inspection.
