Application for such permits shall be submitted to the City Clerk and must be approved by the Director of Safety, or their designee, prior to issuance. Only one such permit shall be issued for a single address in any twelve-month period and shall be valid for not more than three consecutive days or two consecutive weekends of two days each. A Change in ownership shall result in the start of a new twelve-month period.
