751.21 INJUNCTION.

Any person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult motel in violation of this Chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations under Section 303.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington.
