751.05 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in Section 751.02 of this Chapter, on the premises of a sexually oriented business without having secured a sexually oriented business employee license pursuant to this Chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 69-2001. Passed 1-7-02.)
