737.04 RECORDS TO BE KEPT.

Every secondhand dealer and junk dealer who is licensed under this chapter shall keep a record of all purchases with the name and address of the seller, his apparent or claimed age and a description of the items purchased. This record shall be available for the inspection of any police officer during regular business hours.
