737.03 SECONDHAND DEALERS; LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall, in this City, engage in the business of selling goods or merchandise at secondhand without first securing from the City Clerk a license so to do. The fee for such a license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year. This section shall be applicable to dealers in antiques and to dealers in secondhand automobiles.
