The license for any public dance, roller skating or like entertainment in this City may be forfeited or revoked by the Director of Safety for disorderly or immoral conduct at or on the premises of such dance or for the violation of any provision of this chapter or any ordinance, law or regulation in any way affecting public dances, after a hearing before the Director of Safety, at which time it shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to produce such evidence as he may have or as may be necessary to advise the Director of Safety as to such conduct. The holder of the license shall be permitted to be represented by counsel and submit such evidence as is competent and necessary.
