545.20 REGISTRATION BY FALSE NAME OR ADDRESS.

(a) No person shall register for accommodations at any hotel, tourist home, motor court or motel under a false, fictitious or assumed name or false address, without making his true name and address known to the person in charge thereof.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
