(a) No person shall aid, abet, influence or encourage any child under the age of eighteen years to:
(1) Violate Section 531.02 entitled "Curfew";
(2) Be truant from home when such child has been reported as being truant from home to the police or juvenile authorities;
(3) Be truant from school when the laws of this State require such child's attendance in school; or
(4) Deport himself in such a manner so as to be considered an "unruly child" as defined in Ohio R.C. 2151.022.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
