(a) No person who is not entitled to do so under the rules and regulations of a civic, religious, patriotic, fraternal or labor organization shall knowingly wear the badge, button, insignia or uniform of such organization, or attempt to use such insignia to obtain aid or assistance.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
