   509.09 INTOXICATION.
   (a)   No person shall be found in a state of intoxication or, being intoxicated, shall disturb the peace and good order of the City, or shall conduct himself in a disorderly manner.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
