507.04 TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY.

Where in the judgment of the proclaiming authority, conditions return to a state of normalcy and the situation warrants, he shall issue a proclamation ending the state of civil emergency and such proclamation, order or regulation issued pursuant to Section 507.01 shall then become void.
