507.02 IMPLEMENTING PROCLAMATIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
   When a state of civil emergency has been proclaimed in accordance with Section 507.01 hereof, any officer named therein, acting in the order designated, is authorized and directed to issue such proclamations as he deems necessary to protect life and property. Such proclamation may include, but need not be limited to:
      (1)   The establishment of a curfew;
      (2)   The prohibition of the sale of beer or intoxicating liquor;
      (3)   The prohibition of the sale of firearms and explosives, and the sale of gasoline or other such combustible liquids in cans or portable containers;
      (4)   The restriction or prohibition to movement into, out of or within the affected area; or
      (5)   The prohibition of limitation of the assemblage of persons.
