(a) No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle on the roads, streets or highways of the Municipality, without having displayed on both sides thereof in such places as to be easily seen by anyone wishing to identify the vehicle, the following in letters and figures not less than two inches in height and three-eighths inch in width:
(1) The company number of the vehicle; and
(2) The company's name, location and State.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
