(a) No motor transportation company, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4921.02, or private motor carrier, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4923.02, shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets, and highways of the Municipality in violation of any of the rules and regulations as prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
