§ 70.04 OBEDIENCE TO ENFORCEMENT.
   No person shall refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of any law enforcement official, or refuse to submit to any lawful inspection or fail to comply with the provisions or requirements of any warning ticket issued under this title.
