§ 70.03 DIRECTING TRAFFIC.
   Law enforcement officers shall direct traffic in conformance with traffic laws and ordinances, provided that in the event of a fire or other emergency, or to expedite traffic or to safeguard pedestrians, Fire Department personnel may direct traffic as conditions may require.
