§ 52.11 INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.
   The user of any water service furnished by the city is notified that the supply of such utility may be temporarily shut off at any time. Notice shall be given, if feasible, of a contemplated shut off. The customer has an obligation, upon finding the water supply shut off, to take prompt action to prevent damages.
