§ 32.14 HINDERING FIREFIGHTERS AND INJURING FIRE APPARATUS.
   Any person who shall willfully hinder or delay any officer or firefighter in the performance of his or her duties at a fire, or shall willfully injure, deface or interfere with any of the fire apparatus belonging to the city shall be charged with a Class 2 misdemeanor and subject to the penalty in § 10.99.
